Bankruptcy proceedings updates
On June 1, 2021 1xCorp’s corporate agent Global Related Services B.V. (directed by G-Force Corporate Services B.V.) resigned (reasons unknown). At the same date, 1xCorp’s Chamber of Commerce registration was discontinued. Therefore, on Augustus 26, the SBGOK Foundation filed a bankrupcy request on behalf of 18 unpaid claimants and several supporting claims. On November 17, 2021 the Court declared 1xCorp N.V. bankrupt. On November 27, 2021 1xCorp filed an opposition petition, which was granted by the court on December 3, 2021. On December 10, 2021 SBGOK appealed the judgement and won the case on May 6, 2022. 1xCorp appealed said verdict. On January 20, 2023, the Supreme Court of the Netherlands in Den Hague rejected the 1xCorp appeal and deemed the High Appeal judgement of May 6, 2022 grounded and valid.
